Forever remixed by Nosaj Thing
originally by Drake ft. Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem
(posted by Nathaniel James)Another remix of “Forever,” right? I’m convinced that this song was meant to be remixed. Previously, we brought you remixes from Dr. Rosen Rosen and Travis Barker, who both brought something fierce to the table. Nosaj Thing’s remix is much more mellow and sparse, and it really flourishes with Lil Wayne’s verse, as the instrumentation compliments Weezy’s voice and flow, which I normally don’t care for. —NJ

(via Dr. Rosen Rosen)A couple weeks back, we let you know about Dr. Rosen Rosen’s take on Lily Allen’s It’s Not Me… Well, the good doctor tweeted us and let us know about the official remix he did for Wheelchair Jimmy, and it’s pretty legit. —Nathaniel James

Crack A Bottle by Bryce Larsen
originally by Eminem ft. Dr. Dre & 50 CentMost acoustic covers of hip-hop songs end up being throw-away tracks, done purely for novelty because they don’t really translate that well a bare sound…however, something about this cover transcends novelty and hits the right notes. —Nathaniel James
